On this edition of Political Rewind, David Ralston continues to face fallout over the reports that he used his position as speaker of the Georgia house to delay trials for clients accused of serious crimes. Where is this backlash headed?

Legislators are under enormous pressure to pass or kill two controversial bills that survived crossover day. Will the Senate join the house in passing a measure that all but outlaws abortion here? Will the house support the Senate bill triggering a state takeover of Hartsfield-Jackson Airport? We’ll look at the chances for each bill to make it to the governor’s desk for his signature.

Plus, the City of Atlanta and the legislature have passed measures aimed at bringing some order to the wild west atmosphere surrounding the proliferation of electric scooters on our streets.
