There's a little something for everyone in Savannah this weekend. Connect Savannah's Anna Chandler has some suggestions.Anna talks weekend events.

Anna's picks:

-Polish your broomstick and dust off your dress robes: it's Wizard Weekend in Savannah. The magical fun begins with Potter Prom at Savannah Station Friday, 8 p.m.-midnight; $40. Next, earn your O.W.L.s at Potterhead Trivia at Savannah Taphouse on Saturday, 12-4 p.m. Then the weekend wraps up with the Wizard Pub Crawl, featuring plenty of intoxicating potions at locations around downtown (all of which are revealing their secret wizarding identities for the occasion). Saturday, 5-11 p.m.; $25.

-Ships of the Sea Museum is shining a light on pollution with their exhibit Making Waves, including a documentary screening and panel discussion this weekend. The film STRAWS highlights the impact of single-use plastic straws, one of the most common litter items on beaches. Local activists, scientists, and politicians will join the discussion afterward. Friday, 6 p.m.; free.

-Southern rockers the Marshall Tucker Band come to town this weekend to play the Stage on Bay. Known for hits like Can't You See and Fire on the Mountain, they've performed continuously for more than 40 years. Friday, 8 p.m.; $29-49.

-Summer brings plenty of new horror movies - as well as a chance to see the original zombie flick, 1978's Dawn of the Dead, at the Trustees Theater. Saturday, 7 p.m.; $8.

-Where can you see Cher, Bette Midler, Mae West and many more legendary divas in one night? Well, you can't - but you CAN catch drag artist extraordinaire Randy Roberts at Club One doing expert impressions. A bonus: while many drag queens lip sync, Randy sings live. Saturday, 8 p.m.; $25-35.

-Just in time for Father's Day, the Coastal Jazz Association is back with their monthly concert, this time featuring the Peter Mazza Quartet at the Westin's Ben Tucker Pavilion. Mazza is a jazz guitartist known for both ensemble arrangements and solo pieces. Sunday, 5-7 p.m.; free for members, $20 for guests.
