Rep. Sharon Cooper presented a new bill to Health and Human Services that will allow new technology to identify dense breast tissue. This new technology can help in notifying women after they have a mammogram, whether the tissue in the breast is dense and what it means. Woman with dense breast tissue has a higher chance of developing breast cancer.
