Democratic Presidential Candidate Joe Biden spoke in Delaware Wednesday as the vote counting continues and the presidential race in several states, including Georgia, remains too close to call. 

The former Vice President said he’s not ready to declare victory, but that “when the count is finished, we believe we will be the winners.”

 

 

Biden's campaign says it will fight any attempts by President Trump's campaign to go to the Supreme Court to attempt to stop all the ballots from being counted.
