Democratic Presidential Candidate Joe Biden Speaks From Delaware

Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden will make an address in prime time Friday night.

The former U.S. vice president is on the cusp of winning the presidency as he opened up narrow leads over President Donald Trump in Pennsylvania and Georgia on Friday.

Votes are still being counted in several key battleground states including Pennsylvania, Georgia and Nevada.

Biden is home in Delaware where he has urged the public to be patient as ballot counting continues.

More Than $340 Million Raised In Georgia's U.S. Senate Races

The four candidates in Georgia’s U.S. Senate runoff races have reeled in huge donations ahead of the Jan. 5 election, raising more than $340 million between them since mid-October.

The two Democratic contenders, Jon Ossoff and Rev. Raphael Warnock, combined for the larger haul of roughly $210 million, while incumbent Republican Sens. David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler together amassed $132 million.

Poll Finds Georgia Senate Runoff Races In Virtual Dead Heat

Georgia’s two U.S. Senate races are too close to call heading into the final three weeks before the Jan. 5 runoffs, according to a new poll from Insider Advantage and Atlanta’s Fox 5.

The poll of 500 likely Georgia voters, conducted Monday by telephone, found Republican U.S. Sen. David Perdue holding a slight lead over Democratic challenger Jon Ossoff, 49.0% to 47.8%.

Sen. David Perdue Sold His Home To Someone Whose Organization Was Lobbying The Senate

The same year FINRA was lobbying the Senate on a bill, one of its board governors paid Perdue $1.8 million for his D.C. townhouse. Perdue sits on the Senate Banking Committee, which oversaw the bill.
