Job interviews usually include questions like “Tell me a time when you faced a significant obstacle and how you overcame it,” or “Describe a time when you led a team.”

But some companies are flipping the script and asking questions that seem to have no bearing at all on your potential employment.

“If you could be a superhero, who would you be?”

“Who should play you in the Hollywood movie of your life?”
