The University of Georgia and Georgia Tech held their final summer football camps over the weekend, and each football program could deem its weekend a success. Georgia Tech snagged a pair of in-state talents in Fayette County's Antonio Messick, a 6-foot-3 receiver, as well as Hillgrove cornerback Tolando Cleveland. Cleveland also held an offer from Mississippi State. He will continue a recent Hillgrove-to-Tech pipeline that includes Synjyn Days and Jabari Hunt-Days.

Georgia earned the pledge of Kell defensive back in Quincy Mauger. The rising senior is listed at 6-foot, 197 pounds. Georgia is also chasing Mauger's high school teammate Brandon Langley. Georgia also offered Brookwood linebacker Shaun McGee according to 247sports.com. McGee took part in Georgia's Dawg Night, where he picked up his 19th offer. He also holds offers from Alabama, Michigan State, Mississippi, Virginia, UNC and ECU.

A scary story had a happy ending in Blacksburg, Va., as Northgate defensive back Brandon Facyson was rushed to the ER with what the AJC reported was an abscess in his throat. After he was released from the hospital, Facyson gave the Hokies his word.

One of the biggest commitments of the weekend was Jordan Harris, a 6-foot-5, 330-pound offensive lineman out of Dutchtown giving his word to Middle Tennessee State. Harris reportedly chose Middle Tennessee over Colorado State, Troy and Buffalo. He will likely play on the right side at the next level.
