Metro Atlanta's DeKalb County soon could be home to the state's largest film studio.

A key U.S. Senate panel has advanced bills authorizing restoration projects along the Chattahoochee River and on Tybee Island.

Boosters say a $30 million donation from the James M. Cox Foundation will help close the loop on all 22 miles of the Atlanta Beltline by 2030.
