This week’s GPB’s Flag Football broadcast features four prominent Division 3 Area 5 teams from the northside. The doubleheader will be streamed on GPB.org/sports and the GPB Sports app.

The 5:30 game has River Ridge (2-1) vs. Sequoyah (2-2-1). The 6:40 game has Creekview (0-2) vs. Roswell (6-5). Roswell and River Ridge are tied for second place in the area standings behind Blessed Trinity, which is unbeaten in league play.

All teams are working toward trying to reach the state playoffs. The semifinals for all three divisions will be hosted at the Atlanta Falcons indoor training facility in Flowery Branch. The championship games will be played on Dec. 8 at Georgia State’s Center Parc Stadium.
