The breakdown:
1. Georgia court declines to halt Saturday early runoff voting.
- A Georgia appeals court ruling on Monday means that counties can offer early voting this coming Saturday in the U.S. Senate runoff election between Democratic Sen. Raphael Warnock and Republican Herschel Walker.
- Republican Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger had told county election officials that early voting could not be held that day because of a state law.
2. The first poll in the runoff race shows a toss-up between Warnock and Walker.
- The poll was conducted by a bipartisan group working with the AARP.
- Conducted from Nov. 11 to Nov. 17, it interviewed more than 1,000 likely voters.
- Warnock leads among voters age 18-49 by a 24-point margin, while Walker keeps it close due to his nine-point lead with voters 50+, who make up 62% of likely runoff voters.
- Warnock also leads with independent votes.
3. Judge overturns Georgia's ban on abortion after six weeks.
- Judge Robert McBurney ruled that the ban violated the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Supreme Court precedent when it was enacted.
- The Georgia Supreme Court will consider the case now.
- GSU's Anthony Michael Kries breaks down what went into McBurney's decision last week.

4. Sen. Lindsey Graham to testify in Fulton County probe.
- After a long court fight, Graham goes before the special grand jury today.
