On Day 11, the first bill of the 2023 session passed 49 to 3 in the Senate. SB 11, the "Georgia Fights Terrorism Act," allows the Georgia Bureau of Investigation to scope terroristic crimes. Also, Donna Lowry discussed a new “Sports Betting” bill with Rep. Billy Mitchell (D-Stone Mountain) and Sen. Billy Hickman (R- Statesboro).
