On day 32, the Senate passed HB 147, requiring intruder alert drills in schools and anti-gang training for teachers. The Democratic amendments failed, but the bill passed 52 to 3. Later, Gov. Brian Kemp explained the allocation of funds in his signed Amended Fiscal Year Budget.
