State lawmakers ended their session late last night, giving final passage to a number of bills while leaving others behind.
Going to the governor's desk are many of his priorities, including a pair of billion-dollar income tax breaks and teacher pay raises.
Lawmakers failed to pass a number of closely-watched bills, however. One of them would've increased funding for mental health.
