Cephalopod Week is coming to Atlanta this summer!

Are you curious about cuttlefish? Stunned by squid? Overwhelmed by octopuses? Join us on Wednesday, June 28 at Georgia Public Broadcasting for an intimate evening celebration of these amazing invertebrates with the host of Science Friday, Ira Flatow! He’ll be in conversation with local scientific experts about cephalopods you might see as you head to the beach or the aquarium this season, how climate change is affecting these creatures, and what we might learn from diverse scientific expertise on oceanography, marine biology, and more. Enjoy light bites and beverages beginning at 5:30pm, program begins at 6:00pm.
