The final episode of Iconic America features the Golden Gate Bridge. The Golden Gate bridge is an engineering marvel that symbolizes America’s can-do spirit.  Can America continue to execute bold and ambitious infrastructure projects in the 21st century? 

As Iconic America wraps up, we want to take a moment to reflect on our Iconic Georgia project. Over the past few months, we have highlighted some people, places and things that make Georgia what it is. We did that by exploring different locations around Georgia through geocaching and by highlighting some of our favorites through this blog. We hope this gave you an opportunity to think about icons that are meaningful to you, whether they are around the country, around the state, or in your own neighborhood.
