As part of the cultural celebration, he makes traditional rice dumplings, learns the myths behind the dragon boat legend and design and speaks with participants in the local races on Lamma Island. On Cheung Chau, he witnesses the islander’s art of fish ball making, climbs through a UNESCO reserve and relaxes on the beach.
