Governor Brian Kemp highlighted his second term agenda at the annual “Eggs and Issues” breakfast while the Senate battles over legislative privilege. Even though Democrats opposed the resolution, SR-3 passed 31 to 21. In the House, newly elected speaker Jon Burns added an oversight committee and allowed the return of House pages.
