Qualifying week kicked off today with candidates registering to be on the primary ballot. House members honored Doorkeeper Mr. Bruce Sims who served the House for over a decade. While no bills were passed by either chamber, the rivalry between the House and Senate continued as the Senate called out the House to pass along their FY ‘25 budget before the Senate would approve House bills.
