Debate over a controversial amendment passed on Monday that would prevent minors from using puberty blockers, continued today. Democrats say they were blind-sided by the Republican penned addition to a House opioid antagonist bill, and say that despite the authors claims, existing laws would already keep minors from having sex change surgeries. In the House and Senate 13 bills were passed.
