Mr. Ben Franklin Crawford was born September 23, 1923 in Valdosta Georgia. He served in the Army as a Technician Fourth Grade. Mr. Crawford shares his experiences about going overseas to Italy, seeing where the U.S. dropped the bomb, on Hiroshima and his thoughts about the integration of USO’s overseas versus in the States.
