Elmer Feleki

Mr. Elmer Feleki was born on May 15, 1924 in Chicago, IL. He was drafted in February of 1943 and served in the Army Air Corps as a radio operator and gunner. Mr. Feleki is involved with the CBI Veterans Association and the 8th Air Force Historical Society. In his interview he shares his experiences as a staff sergeant in the Army Air Corps, being stationed in China, Burma, and India, and seeing Lady Liberty after his last mission.
