Fredrick David

Mr. Fredrick David was born in Charleston, Illinois, March 31, 1926. Mr. David was a Private First Class in the Marines serving with 6th Marines division in Saipan. He recounts his father being in WWI and his brother whom was captured by the Germans three times. Mr. David recalls walking through a mine field, house to house fighting, and kamikaze planes.
