Mr. Harold Keen was a Chief Petty Officer and signalman for the Navy. Mr. Keen trained in amphibious forces, and served aboard and LST (landing ship tank) during World War II. Mr. Keen’s engagements include an invasion at Salerno, Italy that he describes as unforgettably brutal, and the invasion at Normandy. Mr. Keen’s descriptions include the devastation by German Tiger tanks.
