Mrs. Helen Denton was born on a farm in South Dakota on December 9, 1921. She was a part of the Women’s Army Corps. and helped recruit more women to be apart of the Army. Mrs. Denton recalls being in London, helping to type the invasion plans for Germany and how she wasn’t allowed to talk with anyone about what she was doing.
