John Hardin

Mr. John Tyson Hardin was an Air Force Captain serving in the European theater during WWII. Mr. Hardin, who was born on December 17, 1919, in Macon, Mississippi, had a long standing admiration for airplanes and flyers, and, as a child, saved money to make model airplanes. Mr. Hardin, who flew 25 missions to France and Germany while stationed in Basingbourne, England, recounts his missions and gives insight into bombing runs from start to finish.
