Bainbridge Manufacturing LLC, is building a new headquarters and manufacturing facility in Decatur County.

A privately held automotive manufacturer, Bainbridge will invest $10 million building a 1.6 million square-foot addition to its existing facility. Once completed, the headquarters will be the primary manufacturing center for the company. The project will create 100 jobs in the first year, with a total of 240 jobs and $100 million investment over the next 10 years, according to Gov. Nathan Deal.

Deal. "I have no doubt that our excellent ports coupled with our No. 1 business climate will help Bainbridge Manufacturing better reach customers across the globe."

The company manufactures HVAC Systems as well as cooling systems for the automobile industry worldwide. The Bainbridge facility will also manufacture filters, blower motors, driers, hoses, seals and cooling fans.
