What a great season! The playoffs are done and the champions have been crowned. Now what? Well, the Score 44 Hoops is now complete for the school year, marking the official end to high school basketball season here at Score Atlanta.

Several, if not all, members of the 44 will now finish their senior years, graduate and then head to the college of their choice to continue their academic and athletics careers.

In the final edition of our list of the state's top 44 senior players, we made one addition to both the boys' and girls' lists. Jordan Loyd of heartbroken Milton made the list after an outstanding performance in the playoffs, while state champ Sierre McNure entered the girls rankings.
