Media Reports: Whitney Houston's Daughter In Medically Induced Coma

UPDATE (10:00PM) CNN is reporting that Bobbi Kristina Brown was put in a medically induced coma. Her brain function cannot be determined until sedatives are decreased.

Brown was discovered not breathing and exhibiting a heartbeat at her home in Roswell, Ga. on Saturday. In a statement, her father Bobby Brown, is asking for privacy as the family deals with the matter.

UPDATE (3:07PM): Roswell Police spokeswoman Lisa Holland tells WSB-TV that Bobbi Kristina Brown's husband and a friend found her unresponsive in the bathtub of her home. "Police say she is alive and breathing, but her condition is still unknown," WSB reports.

EARLIER: The daughter of late singer and entertainer Whitney Houston was found unresponsive in a bathtub and taken to an Atlanta-area hospital.

Bobbi Kristina Brown was discovered Saturday morning by her husband and a friend.

A spokeswoman for the Roswell Police Department, Officer Lisa Holland, said Brown was given CPR until rescuers arrived.

Holland said Brown was taken alive to North Fulton Hospital in Roswell. TMZ reports that doctors stabilized her breathing and she’s in the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit.

There has been no official statement on Brown's condition.

The incident remains under investigation.
