This week The Senate Judiciary committee has again scheduled a vote for Amy Totenberg. She was nominated by President Obama for the Federal Court in Atlanta. A vote on her nomination was scheduled earlier this month, but then postponed.

Totenberg is the sister of NPR’s Nina Totenberg. She’s a lawyer in Atlanta. If confirmed by the committee and then the full Senate, she would fill one of four seats currently unfilled on the U.S. District Court in Atlanta.
