He began working in the News department as an intern in 2008, but then quickly found his passion on the Digital Media team. For more than a decade now Carl has been instrumental in driving digital innovation at the station, recognizing opportunities in an ever-changing media world. From the creation of GPB's first mobile and OTT apps, to digital learning and AR/VR experiences, he has been key to keeping GPB successful in the digital landscape. Carl was also a part of PBS’ Local Presence Working Group, where he provided input as to how to improve local stations’ presence on PBS’ national platforms.
