Georgia Built Vehicles Leading the Way for KIA

KIA Motors Manufacturing Georgia continues to lead the way for one of the world’s fastest growing automobile manufacturers.

February 2013 vehicle sales figures show the KIA Optima and KIA Sorento as the leading units for KIA Motors with over 20,000 units sold during the month. KIA also announced that 2012 was the 18th consecutive year in which the manufacturer has gained U.S. market share.

KIA Motors recently became one of Interbrand’s “Top 100 Global Brands” thanks in large part to the quality products being produced at the West Point, GA manufacturing facility.

Since its groundbreaking, KIA Motors Manufacturing Georgia has invested more than $1.4 billion in Georgia while creating over 11,000 manufacturing and supplier related jobs.
