Marietta Technology Firm Plans to Add 200 Jobs
Primary Content
Nuesoft Technologies started out of the ATDC business incubator program at Georgia Tech. Now some 14 years later the company is thriving as a premier “cloud-based” information technology firm in the health IT sector.
The company has seen double-digit growth in recent years and with the new federal healthcare law Nuesoft officials expect more physicians to turn to medical office automation products to remain profitable.
According to a report in the Marietta Daily Journal, “That’s what we are focused on, automating that process,” Nuesoft found Massoud Alibakhsh said. “That’s killing the physician, especially the small to medium sized practice. The big organizations can afford to spend half a million setting up these systems. That’s where the cloud model is helping us. We build our own data centers and automation and then try to shoot it to as many physicians as possible, as opposed to building these expensive systems in the back of their offices.”
Nuesoft will be hiring engineers, developers, sales representatives, and support staff for their expansion.
