The U.S. Army is Looking to Fill Open Reservist Positions

The Georgia Department of Labor (GDOL) has announced it will team up with the U.S. Army to try and fill a number of reservist positions.

The GDOL Cobb-Cherokee Career Center will host a recruitment event Friday, June 21, from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in Training Room B at the career center, located at 465 Big Shanty Rd. in Marietta.

According to the GDOL website, applicants must bring Department of Defense (DD) 214 Form, National Guard (NG) B22 Form, and discharge certificate with reentry code number.

U.S. Army Reservists are eligible to earn signing bonuses of up to $20,000.
