There will be over 25 employers and agencies at the Veteran Career fair on Thursday, Sept. 26th.

There will be a Veterans Career Expo tomorrow, Thursday, September 26th, from 10am – 2pm at Mount Welcome Missionary Baptist Church located at 581 Parker Avenue in Decatur. The focus of this career expo is to assist military veterans with their employment needs, although the expo is open to the public.

The Veteran Career Expo will feature approximately 25 employers, educational institutions and resource agencies including, but not limited to the following: AFLAC, Comcast, DeKalb County Police Dept., DeKalb Workforce Development, Juvenile Justice Dept., Goodwill, Hire Dynamics, Shorter University, and more.

Applicants should bring several copies of resumes and be prepared to fill out applications and/or interview for job openings.
