The new headquarters will add 200 more jobs to the Metro Atlanta area.

Carter's Inc, the famous children's clothing manufacturer, is consolidating it's operations and moving to metro Atlanta. The move will add approximately 200 jobs to the corporate headquarters.

"Carter's is proud to call Atlanta home. The positive business climate in the city and the state played a large role in our decision to expand in Georgia," said Michael D. Casey, Carter's Chairman and CEO (buckhead.patch.com).

The new headquarters will be at Phipps Tower and will be approximately 275,000 square-feet.  The company has invested $30 million into its new headquarters, according to the Buckhead Patch.
