There will be new employers and expanding employers looking to hire at the career expo.

The Department of Labor is hosting a career expo in Northeast Georgia on Monday, February 3rd from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Cateechee Golf Club located at 140 Cateechee Trail in Hartwell.

This particular career fair will help connect job seekers with new employers and expanding employers looking to recruit for 30 different job titles. Employers will be recruiting for the following positions, such as: LPN's, RN's, CNA's, physical therapist, occupational therapist, warehousing, assembly technicians, electrical worker, welder, clerical, billing/collections, and many more.

Companies scheduled to participate in the event include: Athens Technical College, Davis Transfer Company, Dewtex, Eaton Corp, Elite Logistics Services, Fanello Industries Inc., Field Service Engineering Inc., First Quality Tissue, FlexStaff Services, Heritage Healthcare, Human Technologies Inc., Lake Foods, Seedco Inc., Spherion, TalentForce, Tencate - Pendergrass and Ty Cobb Healthcare System and more.

Participants should dress professionally, bring multiple resumes and be prepared to interview on site.
