Meet America’s new top dog! Banana Joe, a five year old affenpinscher from the Netherlands.He won the Best in Show title at the 137th Westminster Kennel Club dog show yesterday. It’s a pretty timely win as this perky pooch is flying back home to retirement today. He’s a veteran at winning too. It’s his 86th best in show title overall.

Banana Joe beat Swagger, the sheep dog, already a winner of the herding group.

More than two thousand dogs competed in the contest that took place Monday and Tuesday.
