Two of the state’s iconic football programs will be featured this week on GPB’s Football Fridays in Georgia when Valdosta plays at Carrollton in the second round of the Class 7A playoffs.

It took a lopsided loss to galvanize the Upson-Lee football team, which meets mighty Mary Persons this week for a region title.
