After rainy and stormy weather across the state from Tropical Storm Andrea, Saturday promises to be a lovely day to get outside and enjoy Georgia State Parks.
It’s National Fishing and Boating Week from June 1-8, 2013. Georgia Department of Natural Resources is encouraging families to get out and make meaningful connections while enjoying nature and maybe even catching your own dinner.
Earth Day weekend coincides with a number of festivals, fairs, and outdoor activities all over the state of Georgia. Many of those are specially designed with Earth Day in mind.
