Michael McCauley is a guest blogger for GPB Education and a science teacher at Worth County Middle School. Before becoming a teacher, Michael served 22 years in the Air Force as a helicopter engine mechanic. He holds a degree from Valdosta State University in Middle Grades Education with certificates in science and social studies, and also graduated from Georgia Youth Science and Technology Center’s (GYSTC) STEM Academy.
