Primary Content
Pigs are a huge part of Georgia’s economy. They can also cause a lot of problems. Historian Mark Essig says our relationship with pigs is a complicated one. Essig is the author “Lesser Beasts: A Snout-to-Tail History of the Humble Pig.”
