The 2019 documentary Always In Season looks at the history of racism and lynching in the U.S. and connects it to the racial climate and justice today. As part of this narrative, the film follows the annual reenactment of the killing of four people by a mob in Monroe, Georgia in 1946 — known as the Moore’s Ford lynchings.
