Almost four dozen employers are expected to attend a March 20 Career Expo in Walker County

The Georgia Department of Labor (DOL) is helping to host a career expo in Northwest Georgia on March, 20. Also joining the DOL is the Walker County Chamber of Commerce’s Business and Industry Council, Northwest Georgia Joint Development Authority, and the Top of Georgia Employer Committee.

The event will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Walker County Civic Center and is expected to include some 45 local employers looking to fill immediate job openings.
