Millennium Mat Company will be hiring 50 additional employees over the next five years.

Millennium Mat Co. based out of Suwanee is investing $9.5 million into its headquarter expansion creating 50 new job positions over the next five years, announced the Gwinnett Chamber Economic Development. The company is the second largest producer of industrial mats.

Ian Malpass, Founder and President of Millennium Mat Company states, "This announcement marks our largest expansion to date. Over the past few years, we've strategically invested in product development, manufacturing process improvements and employee recognition programs to ensure quality and efficiency in all we do and today's announcement represents the fruits of this labor."

The company will be relocating from 3255 Shawnee Industrial Way to 3200 Shawnee Industrial Way. The relocation will allow Millennium to double its office and manufacturing space.
