Summer practice winds down and school bells ring again. And Georgia's high school football teams don't miss a beat, as they get down to business with little time to spare before the 2014 season comes at all of us in full force.

South Georgia Media Day, hosted by In The Game Magazine, offered an opportunity for GPB Sports to meet face-to-face with the coaches in what many would call, the daunting classifications of Region 1.

Jon Nelson caught up with Lowndes offensive line coach Christian Hunnicutt. A career full of football has led "Cutt" from North Clayton High School to Buford; then from Peach County High School to his current stint with the Vikings.

With that career track in mind, Nelly and Coach Hunnicutt discussed the things he's found to be different coaching in the brutally competitive Region 1-6A.
