Foundations Domain: Introduction

The purpose of the Foundations domain is for students to build a foundation for achieving dynamic literacy practices to aid reading comprehension. 

This bundle of resources is grounded in the Foundations video panel discussions found below and is designed to serve two key audiences: K-12 classroom teachers and the leaders of district professional learning. The panel discussions themselves specifically target classroom teachers, and district leaders may find them useful when they design professional learning experiences. This resource provides a brief overview of the domain, progression of the big ideas, and links to related resources.
