Sports Central XL is back! May is the Month of Championships and this episode our hosts Mark Harmon, Fletcher Proctor, and Alex Ewalt announces GPB’s Football Plans for the Fall Season and previews the championships played this month.

Sports Central XL also gets a chance to speak with the Assistant Principal J R Jones and the Athletic Director Robert Akins of Ringgold High School about the devastating tragedy that stuck their community during the tornadoes this past April.

Ringgold High School is located in Ringgold Georgia, a school rich in athletic success, academic achievements, and tradition. The members of this school has and will continue to hold their heads up high during this time of tragic lost of almost 100% of their school and its surrounds as well as the devastating lost of a few of their own students.

During the conversation with the Athletic Directors, we discuss how Ringgold High School is coping with this tragedy and plans on rebuilding. We also discuss ways for YOU to help out this community in their time of need.
