While he speaks, HB826, a bill to add Lost Mountain Cityhood to a referendum, goes to his desk. Rep. Sharon Cooper sponsored two medical bills for imprisoned pregnant women and nursing home patients. Senate Republicans initiated a partisan debate with the “Parents’ Bill of Rights.”
