Hines Real Estate Developers Hoping for Large Development in Sandy Springs

The Atlanta Regional Commission has approved the development of a mixed-use facility in Sandy Springs, GA that includes millions of square feet of office, hotel, and residential living space.

The $500 million development is to be constructed on 14 acres near Georgia 400 just north of I-285 by Hines real estate of Houston, TX.

The project requires further approval by the City of Sandy Springs but could be completed by 2017.
