Tanger Outlets Savannah will include approximately 90 stores.

Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, Inc. has announced they will be developing Tanger Outlets Savannah in partnership with Georgia development firm Ben Carter Enterprises.

Steven B. Tanger, President and CEO of Tanger Factory Outlets states, "We are very pleased to add Tanger Outlets Savannah to our existing portfolio of successful resort and destination properties. Our joint venture with Ben Carter Enterprises in the Savannah market is a strategic move to help us deliver a world class outlet experience to this thriving Southern market."

The new Tanger Outlets will be located on I-95 in Pooler and will include approximately 400,000 square-feet of leasable space. There are expected to be more the 90 upscale brand name and designer outlet stores.
